Thinklytics is thirty-five consultants spread across the US, run out of Austin, and I scope every engagement myself before anyone else touches it. Founded in 2018 and run full time since 2020. Before that, six years at Tableau as a senior business consultant and solution architect, then enterprise BI architecture at Hyatt.

The large firms sell you a partner in the room and staff delivery with analysts two years out of school. That is not a criticism, it is how the arithmetic works when you carry a bench of that size. It does mean the person who understood your problem is rarely the person building the answer to it.
