Thinklytics is headquartered in Austin, Texas. We work with NYC clients regularly and travel to client offices for kickoff, governance committee meetings, and executive readouts. We do not have a permanent NYC office.

Can you work in Eastern Time?

Yes. NYC engagements run on Eastern Time business hours. Senior practitioners take morning EST meetings and are available throughout the work day. We do not push NYC clients into a Central Time schedule.

How often will you be on-site in NYC?

For most engagements, on-site presence for kickoff (1-2 days), one mid-engagement working session, and the executive readout. Build work happens remotely. We can scope more frequent on-site presence if the engagement requires it.

Our 30-day Analytics Truth Audit is $35,000 fixed. Implementation engagements scope to the work; NYC financial services engagements typically land at $180,000 to $640,000 for the first phase. We do not bill hourly.
