None of them did. Here is what they actually needed, and what changed when we shipped it.
This library covers engagements across healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, higher education, government, insurance, SaaS, retail, and energy. Most of them started the same way: someone asked for a better dashboard, a faster report, or an AI pilot, and the thing standing in the way turned out to be the data underneath.
Each one is written the same way, so you can compare them. The challenge is the state we found, in the client's words where we can quote them. The approach is what we actually did, including the parts that did not work first time. The outcome carries a measured number, not an impression, and where a client agreed to be quoted, their words sit next to it.
A few of these end with us recommending that the client not buy anything. Those are included on purpose. We have talked organizations out of more than $6M in platform migrations that would not have fixed the problem they were hired to fix, and that advice is worth as much as the builds.
